When we opened our doors in 2016, Hanis The Groomer was just a tiny shop in East Village Mall at Simpang Bedok. We are a husband (Saffri) and wife (Hanis) team of cat groomers. It all started from young when Hanis grew up with cats so it only came naturally for her to pursue this path filled with purpose. What started as a favor to bathe family cats and to assist in up-keeping her friend's cats has turned into a side line passion for Hanis. Since then, we’ve grown it into our business by building trust with newly made friends and customers. We take our responsibilities seriously and understand fully what it means to be the cats’ voices.
We had a dream, a vision to be able to groom all cats in an intimate and specialized way. Hence we advocate a Feline only grooming service. We wanted to make sure every one of our feline friends felt safe and secure in a place that was suited for all different types of temperaments and personalities.
Certifications
- Certified Canine and Feline CPR & First Aider (2020)
- Skill Ceritificate in Pet Care Service and Management with Temasek Polytechnic (2017)
- Certificate in Cat Care with ProTrainings Europe Ltd (2019)
The modules assessed for certification includes an understanding in: Cat Worming and Treatment, Parasite Control, Types of Worms, Pedigree Cats, Acupuncture, Common Cancers, Lumps and Masses, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy.

At The Kitty Corner, we pride ourselves on being a Feline groomer, caring for each individual cat as if they were our own. We like to think of our space as a place close to home in which cats will feel comfortable in.
Our shop is a retail and grooming salon so feel free to walk in any time (to buy your cat supplies).
We offer a full range of services, including baths, lion cuts and flea treatments. We raised the bar for aggressive cat grooming, so much so that even other groomers recommend our services!
Even for those who opted in only to send their cats for Basic Grooming, we strive to ensure they leave us looking better than when they arrived☺
We have moved to Blk 264 Tampines St. 21 from January 2021 onwards!
